Sick of Bugs
The term bug covers a lot of territory when it come to describing program issues.
Here is a place where you can post details about your "favorite program bug", or perhaps find a solution or work-around for it.
Don't you just hate it when you find a bug in your favorite program, and the manufacture tells you the bug is fixed in the latest version, and it only costs $XXX for the upgrade.
If you get a newer version it may not seem to do what your older version did, and when it's installed you find all or many of your favorite settings are lost or no longer work !
To be fair, many reputable manufacturers do offer free fixes and upgrades, but many do not, and simply ignore problems in older version and label them as "No Longer Supported".
Yep ! that's the easy way out. What if the Automobile manufacturers said 6 months after a new release, "Sorry we no longer support that model !"
Another problem, and one that made me publish sickofbugs.com, is the manufacturer that simply ignores or forgets about the bugs.
